A family History

Connected at first with Karada s.r.l., an important industry in Empoli, and born in 1998, Zac Fashion started to develop itself and specialize on processing including automatic cutting of fabrics. 

In 2005 Roberto Palermo and his wife Rossana Sighinolfi held the company strings and pushed its growth and development. As a small company dedicated to cutting, Zac Fashion has first seen the insertion of expert tailors and then of qualified modelers to guarantee to the customer a complete and structured service. 

In 2014 their son Alessio Palermo started to cooperate and help his father to administrate the production, contributing significantly to the company computerization by introducing the most sophisticated automatic cutting machines. 

In 2020 during the pandemic, the family, knowing the necessity to have an industrial partner, began the corporate path that would have led it to join the “1627 Holding Group” in November 2022.

Mission and Vision

The future development objectives that Zac Fashion sets itself are: to consolidate the leadership based on the product supply service of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and related services, which provide in particular:

  • improvement of product development and manufacturing services with an adequate strengthening of the production chains with particular attention to Made in Italy suppliers;
  • seize the opportunities of the evolution of customer needs creating partnership activities with players in the sector such as showrooms, distributors and international sales chains;
  • expansion into new markets with both high national and international development;
  • territorially strong, efficient and reliable organization;
  • attention to health and safety and environmental sustainability;
  • the motivation and professionalism of the staff.

Zac Fashion collects the legacy of his experience uniting it with the innovation, using all the levers available: from the project to product, from packaging to the correct distribution rate.
In a project of epochal renewal, the differences are made by the people, or those who have the ability to foster creativity in all its aspects, with respect for skills and sensitivity to interactivity with the interlocutors on different levels. The final consumer is increasingly attentive, and is looking for something more accurate than a simple logo. The appeal and uniqueness of a garment entirely produced in Italy, following the European criteria of sustainability is the future.
